Recommended Use
Add 1 level scoop (29.4g) of 100% Whey Xtreme into a glass, shaker cup, or blender filled with 6-8oz. of water, milk or your favorite beverage. Stir, shaker, or blend for 20-30 seconds until well mixed.Take 1-4 servings a day.
100% Whey Xtreme can be also added to your favorite recipes; add 1-2 scoops to oatmeal, pudding, pancakes batters, muffin mixes, and other foods. Keep away from children. Store in a coold dry place.
